Jacksonville State implemented a clear bag policy beginning in 2017 for fans entering all athletic venues at JSU.
Fans are advised to review the policy prior to traveling to games on JSU's campus.
Children Tickets
Children age five (5) and under may be admitted to a game at Burgess-Snow Field without a ticket. Children ages six (6) and above require a ticket. This policy applies to general admission, club level and suite tickets.
Elevators
Elevators are located in the lobby of Meehan Hall. Please see a Jacksonville State game day staff member if you require assistance by elevator to reach your seat.
Entrances
All gates at Burgess-Snow Field are general admission. Fans who purchase a reserved seat, club level ticket or suite ticket must enter through the main lobby of Meehan Hall.
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not allowed to leave Burgess-Snow Field and return on the same ticket. Re-entry can only be granted in the case of an emergency. Please see a JSU game day staff member team member prior to exiting the gates. All guests re-entering the stadium are subject to security re-inspection.
Lactation Area
JSU offers a lactation area for those attending football games. The comfortable, climate controlled area will be available (for nursing or pumping) beginning 30 minutes before kickoff until 30 minutes after the game ends. Women wanting to use the area will need to text (256) 664-1395 and someone will meet them at the doors in front of Meehan Hall and escort them to the lactation area inside Meehan Hall.
Service Animals
Certified service animals or service animals in training for guests with disabilities are welcome. All other animals are prohibited.
