2002 SPRING UPDATE: Ended the spring as the starting tailback.has really good speed and catching ability...JSU CAREER: As a junior, Rondy rushed for a school-record 1,417 yards, just the sixth player in JSU history to rush for more than 1,000 yards in a season, and earned First-Team All-Southland honors. led the Southland Football League with 128.8 yards per game and finished 14th in the final NCAA rankings.averaged an amazing 6.7 yards per carry. also had a career-high 13 rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns and was third in the league in scoring and 23rd in the NCAA.led the SFL in all-purpose yards at 145.7 a contest, while leading JSU to second in the league and 14th nationally with 127.7 yards per game.began the season with 132 yards on 10 carries vs Cumberland.had a season-high 32 carries for 172 yards and a pair of touchdowns in JSU's win over I-A Arkansas State.rushed for 149 yards on 18 carries in the Gamecocks win over in-state and future OVC rival Samford.set a I-AA school record by scoring three touchdowns and had 167 yards on 32 carries vs Stephen F.
