Through Paciolan's digital ticketing technology, Gamecock fans will have access to purchase tickets, have them delivered instantly via text, and scan their mobile ticket for entry on gameday. Additionally, users can manage their accounts directly from their mobile device to easily transfer or exchange tickets with family and friends.
As part of the partnership, Jax State Athletics now gains access to purchasing and attendance data that will deliver invaluable insights into its fans and help build personalized programs for customers. Driven by Paciolan's email marketing solutions, fans will now receive tailored alerts of upcoming events and special offers based on their interests and affinities shown via past purchases and attendance history.
The partnership between Jax State and Paciolan will also expand to include on-campus events at the Randy Owen Center for Performing Arts upon its opening.
