Biography

2013-14: Earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference’s Second Team after a superb junior season…became the first Gamecock to be named an all-conference performer since Rebecca Haynes was tabbed to the Second Team in 2006…started all 32 games at one of the guard spots…finished the season with a team-best 16.6 scoring average and pulled down 6.1 rebounds per game…ranked second on the team in assists with 83 (2.6 apg)…reached double figure scoring totals in 29 of the 32 games and started the season with 16 consecutive double digit scoring games…turned in a double-double in the season opener at Ole Miss (11/8) with 21 points and 13 rebounds…also had a double-double at Georgia Southern (11/8) [17 pts, 10 rebs] and at Georgia State (11/30) [21 pts, 12 rebs]…established a new career high in points in the OVC opener at Tennessee Tech (12/28) with 24 points on 7-of-14 from the field…tallied 20-plus points eight times throughout the season, including five times against OVC opponents…was 11-for-18 from the free throw line at Tennessee State (1/4)...knocked down a season-best eight field goals vs. Central Arkansas (11/26)…dished out five assists on five different occasions throughout the year.

2012-13: Saw action in 24 of the 28 games as a sophomore guard…started 16 games, including 13 Ohio Valley Conference contests…ranked third on the team in scoring and rebounding with a 7.0 scoring average and pulled down 4.4 rebounds per contest…led JSU in defensive rebounds with 3.6 per game…scored in double figures in six OVC games with a season-best 15 point effort against Austin Peay (1/28)…knocked own a trio of three-pointers to establish a new career high for three-pointers made…turned in three consecutive double-digit league games with 11 points at Eastern Illinois (1/12), 10 points at SIU Edwardsville (1/14) and 12 points in a career-high 39 minutes versus Eastern Kentucky (1/20)…scored in double figures in back-to-back contests with EKU with 12 points in Richmond, Ky. … also pulled down a season-best eight rebounds at EKU…closed out the 2012-13 season with 11 points at Belmont (3/2), scoring seven of the 11 at the free throw line…named to the 2013 OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011-12: Played both guard positions throughout her first season on the collegiate level…saw action in all 29 games and started 22 as a freshman…ranked fourth on the squad in points with 8.2 per contest…reached double digits in the scoring column in eight games, including a season-best 23-point performance at Austin Peay (1/14)…turned in a double-double vs. APSU with 15 rebounds…finished the game 9-of-20 from the field and credited with seven assists…was named the OVC’s Freshman of the Week after her 25-point effort at APSU and eight points the following game against Murray State (1/16)…scored 19 points against Eastern Kentucky (12/20) in her first OVC contest…closed out the season with a 14-point effort vs. UT Martin (2/25)…registered 13 points in a road game at Kennesaw State (11/19)…averaged 4.2 rebounds per game and just shy under three assists per contest…named to the 2012 OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

High School: Came to Jax State after wrapping up her high school career at Henry Clay High School in the Bluegrass State … Finished her prep career averaging 21 points per game and pulling down six rebounds per game … Eclipsed the 500 point mark as a senior at HCHS …  Enjoyed a decorative high school career as she was a three-time All-District performer and named All-Region twice … Her accolades continued off the court as well by earning Academic Scholar honors for four consecutive years … As a senior, she tallied 30 points in a district tournament contest, scoring 16 of her points from the free throw line … Finished the season shooting 70 percent from the charity stripe … Member of the National Honor Society at HCHS.
