The Jacksonville State University Board of Trustees approved to name its football field Burgess-Snow Field at JSU Stadium in the summer of 2010 and the Gamecocks will play their 64th season in the facility this year. The football playing facility has been called Paul Snow Stadium since the 1961 season, but now also honor former coach Bill Burgess, who led the Gamecocks to the 1992 NCAA Division II National Championship.
Stadium Re-entry
No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
Prohibited Items
Umbrellas, video cameras, backpacks, recording devices, artificial noisemakers, food/beverage containers, bottles, weapons, and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside JSU Stadium.
Inside JSU Stadium
Police officers and security guards will be patrolling the stands. If you need assistance, please look for an officer. If you bring children to the game, please instruct them to look for an officer if they become separated from you.
Spectators will not be allowed on the playing field at any time. Spectators attempting to enter the field will be ejected from the stadium and/or arrested.
Do not throw objects, including cups and ice, from the stands or any other area of the stadium. Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. If you are ejected from the stadium for any reason, you will not receive a refund for your ticket.
Lost and Found
Any items found during the game should be given to a stadium usher or taken to the Press Box. If you lose an item, please check there to see if it has been turned in. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to University Police and can be picked up at the Police Department, which is located in Salls Hall.
Stadium Services
A variety of food and drink options are available throughout JSU Stadium. Concessions stands are located under the South seating areas, under the East endzone, in the northeast corner and northwest corners of JSU Stadium.
Purchase your officially licensed Jacksonville State merchandise at the Bookstore Souvernir Shop, which is open on game days under the East endzone.
