MANAGING YOUR GAMECOCK TICKET ACCOUNT
FAST FIVE!
- Visit JaxStateSports.com/Tickets on your mobile device.
- Login to your Gamecock Ticket account with your email address and password, or create an account if you are a first-time user.
- Your tickets are located under My Upcoming Events below the main menu. Select the event and tickets you would like to add to your mobile wallet.
- Choose Add to Wallet. Alternatively, select transfer to send to another user.
- Open your mobile wallet to access your ticket(s) and/or pass(es) and have ready to scan at the gate. We recommend downloading your tickets and adding them to your mobile wallet prior to arrival.
ACCESSING YOUR TICKETS
Mobile tickets can easily be accessed online or any mobile device at JaxStateSports.com/Tickets. Login one time to your ticket account to access all your tickets to all upcoming events.
To prepare for gameday, we recommend the following:
- In advance of gameday, add your tickets to your mobile wallet. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted if the ticket is in your wallet. Also, by having your tickets already in your wallet, you can avoid slow or weak wi-fi/cellular signals at the stadium.
- If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance. View the video below to learn more about transferring your tickets.
TRANSFERRING YOUR TICKETS
Mobile tickets can easily be transferred online or on any mobile device at JaxStateSports.com/Tickets. For a seamless transfer, login to your ticket account to access all your tickets to all upcoming events.
We recommend transferring your tickets before gameday with the following steps:
- Select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipients cell phone number or email address. Your guest will receive a text message or email instructing them to accept their tickets. They will have 48 hours to accept the transfer.
- Recipients of ticket transfers will need to login to their Gamecock account or create an account to accept their tickets. It is highly encouraged to complete this process before arriving at the venue.
- To accept a ticket transfer, click “Accept Transfer” on the email or text message and sign into your existing account, or create a new account if necessary. Once accepted and added to your digital wallet, your ticket can be accessed on your mobile device immediately.

Simply log into your Gamecock Tickets Account at JaxStateSports.com/Tickets. From there, you will be able to access your tickets and/or parking and add them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Adding tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay allows for you to easily pull up the tickets on your phone at any time with or without an internet connection.
Likewise, if your ticket is deleted from your mobile wallet prior to the event, it can be accessed still in your Gamecock Account and redownloaded to your wallet.
If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket or parking pass to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guests to arrive and utilize your tickets at your own convenience. Select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter their cell phone number (or email address). Your guest will receive a text message (or email) instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing Gamecock Tickets account or create an account to accept their tickets. It is highly encouraged to complete this process before arriving at the venue.
Don’t worry! As long as you download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance and before arriving at the venue, WiFi is not required to access your tickets or parking. Waiting until arrival at the game may cause delays in accessing your tickets through your Gamecock Account and adding them to your digital wallet.
For issues in advance of game day, please contact the Jax State Ticket Office at 256-782-8499 and we can assist you with all of your ticket needs. On game days, please visit the Main Ticket Plaza at Gate A in person and present a valid photo ID and the ticket office can assist you with reauthorizing your ticket(s).
Simply log on to JaxStateSports.com/Tickets from any mobile device. Select “Manage Account” and log in. Once logged in, you will find all of your active tickets for Jax State home events. Make sure to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before arriving at the venue to ensure your can easily access the tickets at the gates.
If tickets are transferred to you, you will receive a text (or email) that will include a link to accept the transfer. Click “Accept Transfer” and sign into your existing account, or create a new account if necessary. Once accepted, your ticket can be accessed on your mobile device immediately, or by signing into your ticket account at JaxStateSports.com/Tickets. Be sure to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay after completing the transfer process.

Yes, you can view all of your tickets by swiping right or left on your smartphone in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. We highly encourage you to transfer your tickets to each member of your party. To allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue, each ticket holder should have their ticket added to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
You can cancel a ticket transfer until it is accepted by the recipient. Once accepted, the recipient is now the owner of the ticket and is the only person who can access and manage the ticket digitally. They then have the ability to transfer if back if needed or on to someone different.
