JSU BEACH CAREER
2017: Made her collegiate sand debut in the season-opener against UAB on March 3, before playing in all 32 duals during the season…played with four different partners making 31 of her 32 appearances at the No. 4 court…won five of her 15 matches with teammate Shayla Schmidt and won her first career match alongside Rachel Perucki on Mach 11 against Huntingdon…finished the season with six victories.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Bloomfield Hills High for coach Andrew Walker…played both indoor and beach volleyball…2015 all-district selection…also recruited by Colorado-Mesa and Grand Canyon.
PERSONAL: Born April 2, 1998, in Bloomfield Hills, Mich…the daughter of Scott and Ann Hughes…has two older brothers, Matthew and Zachary…favorite song is Justin Timberlake’s “Mirror”…plans to major in accounting at JSU.
