Biography

JSU CAREER:
2016:
Started the season’s first 15 games before an injury abruptly ended her senior campaign…batted .211 with two doubles, two home runs and five RBI in 38 at bats…had a .444 batting average when leading off an inning…hit .429 with two outs in an inning…recorded a .389 success rate in advancing runners…finished with a .953 fielding percentage.

2015: Appeared in and started in all 55 games at shortstop for the Gamecocks as a junior…batted .312 with 12 doubles, eight home runs and 33 RBI…record 14 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games…only struck out more than once in a four of 55 games…recorded a team-high 113 assists and turned 12 double plays…had a .962 field percentage…batted .464 as a leadoff hitter…hit .600 with runners on third with less than two outs…her .421 on base percentage is the second-highest of returning players…had a team-high 17 hit by pitches.

2014: Started all 55 games at shortstop for the Gamecocks as a sophomore…was one of the best defensive shortstops in the OVC, boasting a .967 fielding percentage in 180 chances…hit .276 at the plate with 11 doubles, a team-high four triples, six home runs and 41 RBI…her 41 RBI tied for second on the team…was named the OVC Player of the Week on Feb. 10 after an opening weekend that saw her double, triple, homer and drive in eight runs…had 12 multi-hit games and nine multi-RBI games, including a seven-RBI game against Belmont on April 26…the seven RBI tied her for the second-most in a game in school history and was punctuated by a walk-off grand slam…had three hits in a game twice, vs. Mississippi Valley State on Feb. 8 and at Alabama State on April 30.
 
2013: Played and started in all 57 games at short stop for the Gamecocks as a true freshman in 2013…finished third on the team with six home runs and posted a .199 average…recorded 34 hits on the season while scoring 26 runs and driving in 28 runs…finished with six multi-hit games, including a season best 3-for-3 outing against Tennessee State on March 16…hit a triple against Sam Houston State on Feb. 15…also hit her first home run Sam Houston State on Feb. 16…finished with four of her six home runs in conference play while also driving in 15 RBI…drove in a season-best four runs against Southeast Missouri on April 6.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Fultondale High School from 2007-2009 under head coaches Brian Wallace and David Reed and played at Sumiton Christian from 2010-2012 under head coach Jessica Adderholdt…was named honorable mention all-state in 2007 and 2008…named all-state every year from 2009-2012…selected as the 2010 AHSAA State Tournament MVP in after leading Sumiton Christian to a state championship…was named the 3A All-State Hitter of the Year in 2010 and 2011 and the 2A All-State Hitter of the Year in 2012…named all-region and all-metro every year from 2007-2012…holds the state record for hits in a season (122)…ranks in the top-10 in the AHSAA record book for career hits (7th), runs (4th), RBI (7th), doubles (4th), home runs (6th) and batting average (5th)…helped her teams win area and region championships from 2007-2012…helped lead Sumiton Christian to a state runner-up finish in 2012… also lettered in volleyball…graduated with a 3.5 GPA…played travel ball for the Birmingham Vipers from 2005-2010, the Germantown Red Devils Gold from 2010-2011 and the Birmingham Bandits in 2012.
 
PERSONAL: Born on January 12, 1994, in Birmingham, Ala…the daughter of Robert Oliver and Joni Money…has two brothers, Brandon and Cody, and two sisters, Kayla and Macy…is majoring in criminal justice at JSU.
