Felicia Marshall was the second addition to Tim Ebbecke’s first ever staff at Jacksonville State. Marshall is from Clinton, Utah.
Marshall prepped at Layton Christian Academy where she graduated in 2016 and played four years of varsity volleyball. She was a 1st Team All-Conference selection as a freshman, 2nd Team All-Conference as a sophomore, and was a 2A All-State Volleyball 1st Team honoree as a senior.
After high school, Marshall went on to play at Western Wyoming Community College where she was named Freshman of the Year, All-Tournament, All-Conference, and All-Region selection. Marshall then transferred to Grossmont College where she earned 1st Team All-PCAC honors.
Marshall finished her collegiate playing career at Cal State University Fullerton. In her junior year in 2018 with the Titans, Marshall played in 29 matches and 93 sets. In 2019, Marshall played in 22 matches and 64 sets for the Titans and made nine starts. Her senior season saw her rank second on the team with 173 kills and averaged 2.70 kills per set. Marshall also recorded 76 digs, 21 blocks, and was named tot eh Wildcat Classic All-Tournament Team.
At Fullerton, Marshall and her team were champions in BUCS and NVL at Durham University in the United Kingdom. She also played in the 17th Annual Global Challenge in Croatia where she was named to the all-tournament team. Following her collegiate playing career, Marshall spent some time playing professionally overseas.
Marshall had experience coaching at the high school and club level prior to being named to the Jax State staff. She coached at Layton High School in 2020 and at Fremont High School in 2025. At the club level, she coached 12U at the regional level, 15U at the national level, 17U at both the regional national level. She coached both boys and girls in club volleyball.
Marshall is the daughter of Victor and Rochelle Marshall. She has two siblings, Andrea and Vanesa. She played for Utah Ice in West Haven, Utah, in club for coach Ariel Salvo.
