JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville State baseball program has set two team camp opportunities for this summer on Rudy Abbott Field at
Jim Case Stadium.
JSU's team camp dates will be Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17 and the following week of Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21. Registration will be held on the first day of each session from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The registration fee is $325 per player (minimum of 15). Teams need to bring a minimum of 15 players. In order to hold your spot, teams must make a $750 deposit by May 31.
Camp cost includes accommodations for two nights and eight meals. All teams will be housed in Jacksonville State University dorms. Teams will be fed in JSU's Jack Hopper Dining Hall.
The camp is designed for high school teams and their coaches to come and work with the Jacksonville State coaching staff. This camp is open to all high school or summer teams. The JSU coaching staff will conduct a pro-style workout and drill sessions covering all aspects of the game. Each team will be scheduled to play four games during their camp session. Time spent with your team will help build team unity and be invaluable to you and your coaching staff. We will accept eight teams per session with a minimum of 15 players per team.
