Â
Libs has been tabbed Co-Setter of the Week, sharing the weekly honor with Morehead State's Bridgett Bessler. The two will set across from each other this weekend as they each lead undefeated teams into the final weekend where Jax State visits MSU. Libs had an 11.76 assist-per-set average with 70 assists over JSU's six quick frames against UT Martin.
Â
The Floyds Knob, Indiana, native is just 12 assists away from 3,000 for her Gamecock career.
Â
Freshman Courtney Glotzbach collected her second OVC Newcomer of the Week honor after hitting .407 with 15 kills and adding four blocks in just four sets of action. The New Albany, Indiana, native rested the third set both matches as the Gamecocks closed out back-to-back wins to move to 14-0 on the season.
Â
Libs, Glotzbach and the rest of the Gamecocks head to Morehead, Ky., this weekend with championship aspirations as the Gamecocks will face MSU in a pair of matches Sunday and Monday to determine the OVC regular-season title and tournament host. Â
