JACKSONVILLE – Season tickets for Jacksonville State's 2021 football season are on sale now.
 
The Gamecocks announced on Thursday that fans can now purchase season tickets for the upcoming season. The six-game packages can be purchased online at www.JSUGamecockSports.com/Tickets or by calling the JSU Ticket Office at (256) 782-8499.
 
The reigning Ohio Valley Conference Champions will play five games at Burgess-Snow Field and will open the 2021 season on September 1 against UAB in the Montgomery Kickoff, an event that will be played in Montgomery's Cramton Bowl and will be televised on ESPN. All JSU season ticket packages purchased for the 2021 season will include a ticket to the Montgomery Kickoff, which will be included once tickets are mailed out.
 
Along with a ticket to the UAB game in Montgomery, all season ticket packages will feature five home games, including non-conference games against in-state rival North Alabama on Sept. 18 (Band Day) and former OVC foe UT Martin on Sept. 25 (Preview Day).
 
Conference matchups against Stephen F. Austin on Oct. 9 (Homecoming), Central Arkansas on Oct. 30 (Hall of Fame Weekend/Family Day) and Abilene Christian on Nov. 6 (Southerners Reunion will also be included in the season ticket packages.
 
Season ticket packages start at just $55 for five games at Burgess-Snow Field and the UAB game in Montgomery, while season tickets in the Club Level will be $500 per seat if purchased before July 1 and $550 if purchased after that date.
 
The Gamecocks will play their first season after leaving the Ohio Valley Conference in 2021, beginning their transition to the ASUN Conference. The 2021 season will see JSU play in the AQ7, a combination of three future ASUN teams (JSU, Central Arkansas and Eastern Kentucky) and four future WAC football members (Abilene Christian, Lamar, Sam Houston and Stephen F Austin). The seven schools will qualify for an automatic qualifying bid into the FCS Playoffs at the end of the season.
 
The Gamecocks will also play road games at Florida State (Sept. 11), Kennesaw State (Oct. 2), Sam Houston (Oct. 23), Lamar (Nov. 13) and Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 20).
 
Fans will have the opportunity to purchase a limited number of tickets to the Florida State and Kennesaw State games in JSU's allocated sections through the JSU Ticket Office. Details on those tickets will be available at a later date.

THE ROOST
THE ROOST is JSU's reserved tailgating area located on the lawn in front of the Theron Montgomery Building. Each tailgating space includes one tent and table for $35 per game or $140 for the season (parking included). Spaces are available by reservation only. On game days, THE ROOST will open at 10:00 a.m. (9:00 a.m. for 1:00 p.m. games). Fans may reserve their space by calling (256) 782-5557, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. You may pre-order your tailgating food through Sodexo at (256) 782-5555 or The Red Rooster at (256) 365-1566.

GAMECOCK WALK
Show your school spirit for the Gamecocks and Coach Grass as they make their way to the Gamecock Field House on game day. The Gamecocks will be walking from the front of Meehan Hall to the Gamecock Field House approximately two hours before kickoff.
 
JSU STADIUM TICKET BOOTHS & GATES
Ticket booths and gates will open two hours before kickoff. Tickets are available at three ticket booths at the stadium. Ticket Booth A is located on the main plaza facing Mountain Street on the southeast side of the stadium. Ticket Booth C is located on the north side of the stadium near the auxiliary press box. Ticket Booth D is located on the northwest corner of the stadium near the Gamecock Field House. Booths C and D are cash only. JSU students can enter any gate with their valid JSU ID card. There are no exchanges or refunds for ticket purchases. Re-entry is allowed only with purchase of a new ticket.
 
STADIUM PROHIBITED ITEMS
JSU implemented a CLEAR BAG POLICY in 2017 and this policy will remain in effect to ensure the safety of our guests. Each ticket holder is allowed one large clear bag such as a one-gallon Ziploc style or clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12" by 6" by 12". Umbrellas, noise makers, cameras with detachable lenses or lenses over 4", outside food or drink, pets, video cameras, weapons, any items deemed inappropriate, hazardous or unsafe by venue personnel at JSU Stadium are prohibited.
 
GAMECOCK SUITES

Tickets should be purchased before close of business on Wednesday before game on Saturday.

• $15 On Game day and any time in the ticket office.
• $12 Online if purchased before midnight the day before the game.
 
POSTSEASON TICKETS
The above policies and procedures will not be in effect for any postseason or tournament play. Those events are sponsored by the NCAA and their ticket policies will be used.

GAMECOCK RV PARK INFORMATION
JSU offers a limited number of reserved RV spots at JSU Stadium for the 2021 season. RVs with permits will be allowed into the RV parking area at noon on Thursday before game day. RVs must leave campus by 3:00 PM on Sunday after the game. Season rental is $750.

DISABLED PARKING
There are 25 handicap parking spaces in the plaza parking lot behind Kennamer Hall. These spaces are first come first served. Fans may also be directed to the Jerry Cole Parking lot in front of the Gamecock Field House. A free shuttle cart is available from that location and will take fans to the stadium beginning one hour prior to kickoff. To use either of these areas you will need a state issued handicap license plate or state issued hanging handicap tag.
 
MEEHAN HALL PARKING
The Meehan Hall Parking Lot is a numbered reserved lot for patrons of the Stadium Club Level and Suite Holders. Each parking permit is numbered, and patrons must park in their designated, numbered parking spot.
 
HOUSTON COLE LIBRARY PARKING
Parking in this lot is free, and a stadium shuttle service will shuttle guests from the lot to two specific drop off points near JSU Stadium. This service begins two hours prior to the game and continues one hour after the game.
 
STEPHENSON HALL, TMB, & CURTISS HALL PARKING
Parking in these lots are first come, first served. The cost is $10 per vehicle and lots will open four hours prior to game time. These are cash only lots.
