RUSTON, La. – Jacksonville State's first-ever Conference USA game will have to wait another day as rain in Ruston, Louisiana forced officials to move Friday's Jacksonville State-Louisiana Tech series opener to Saturday.

The two clubs will play a doubleheader at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park beginning at 1 p.m. The second game of the twinbill will start 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. Both games will be streamed on ESPN+ and carried on the Gamecock Sports Network. The CUSA weekend series wraps up on Sunday at 1 p.m.
