JACKSONVILLE – Jax State fans will notice significant changes when visiting AmFirst Stadium this fall, beginning with how they acquire Gamecock athletics tickets moving forward.
 
Jax State has partnered with Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing solutions for college athletics, to streamline event entry and enhance overall fan experience for Gamecock athletics.
 
Beginning August 15, Gamecock fans will manage all ticketing transactions through Jax State's new ticket platform powered by Paciolan. Through new digital ticketing technology, Gamecock fans will have access to purchase tickets, have them delivered instantly via text or Email, and scan their mobile ticket for entry on game day. Additionally, users can manage their accounts directly from their mobile device to easily transfer or exchange tickets with family and friends.
 
As part of the ticketing transition, there are no longer general admission seating options inside AmFirst Stadium. All stadium seating is reserved. Starting on the software's "Go Live" date on August 15, fans will be able to login and select their exact seating location preference for individual games or season tickets. Fans that have already purchased 2024 general admission tickets will be contacted by a member of the Jax State ticket office to determine seat selection. If general admission ticket holders wish to adjust their tickets or have any questions, they may contact the ticket office by calling 256-782-8499.
 
New for 2024, fans may purchase new Loge-Style Tabletop seating or new Outdoor Open-Air Suites in addition to traditional Club Level and Reserved seating options. With the removal of the old press box on the north side of AmFirst Stadium, new Open-Air Suites span the top row of seating from endzone to endzone. Directly down from the Open-Air Suites, Jax State now offers loge seating in groups of two or four seats.
 
Once tickets are purchased, fans will have the option to have their tickets sent to them via text or Email to open on their mobile device. To better assist with event entry, fans are encouraged to transfer their digital tickets to their digital wallet to be scanned at the gate upon entry.
 
AmFirst Stadium features two ticket booths and stadium entrances for 2024. Fans may enter at the Main Ticket Plaza at the southeast corner of the stadium (near the videoboard) or at Gate D located directly across the stadium in the northwest corner (near the White Football Complex). Fans may enter at either location with any ticket option.
 
As part of the revamped seating, new ADA compliant accessible seating is located in the northwest portion of the stadium adjacent to the loge seating section. Attendees utilizing this area should enter at nearby Gate D.
 
Jax State students still receive free admission with their official university-issued student I.D.
