
Cross Country, Track & Field Announce 2026 Signing Class

JACKSONVILLE – Jax State cross country and track & field head coach Jeremy Provence announced the signing of 25 combined athletes between the cross country and track & field programs on Tuesday. The Gamecocks add eight to the men's cross country team and 17 between the women's cross country and track & field teams.
"We are excited to welcome a well-rounded group to the program," Provence said. "Coach [Noah] Osborne and Coach [Kevin] Kean have been instrumental in identifying individuals who will help elevate their respective event groups. This incoming group of Gamecocks are very talented, and they are also high-character individuals who are excited to grow at Jax State."
Among the signees, 17 of them are freshmen, each with impressive high school resumes. Additionally, this summer's signing class features 10 new international athletes as well.
"Our newcomers have high expectations for themselves and for the program," Provence said. "They will undoubtedly raise the level of competition in practice and on meet day."
Women's Cross Country / Track & Field
Miley Booker
Carlton Kell High School | McDonough, Georgia
Sprints / Relays
Booker joins Jax State after an impressive career at Kell High School that featured a 2026 GHSA 4A State Championship in the 100m, along with earning the High Point Award at the championship meet. Additionally, Booker was the state runner-up in the 200m in 2026 and was the state runner-up in the 100m as a junior in 2025. The young athlete is a dynamic sprinter and relay contributor and is expected to make an immediate impact with the sprints and relays group this season.

Kendall Brown
Baker High School | Mobile, Alabama
Jumps
One of three in-state additions to the team, Brown joins the Gamecocks after a standout senior season at Baker High School in Mobile. Brown most recently became an ASHAA State Champion in the long jump, earned Adidas Nationals finalist honors and was named the 2026 Mobile County Athlete of the Year. Brown brings elite high school talent to the Gamecocks' jumps squad.

Katie Mae Coan
Lawrence County High School | Moulton, Alabama
XC / Distance
Coan joins the roster as the second newcomer from Alabama, as well as boasting an impressive high school career. The distance runner tallied five AHSAA Individual state championships and six AHSAA team state championships during her time at Lawrence County High School. Additionally, Coan earned a runner-up finish in the 3200m at the 2026 AHSAA State Championships to add to her illustrious resume

Keymani Dillingham
Saint Stephen's Episcopal School | Ellington, Florida
Hurdles / Multis
A talented young athlete in a variety of events, Dillingham joins the Gamecocks as a feared hurdler from the state of Florida. During her time at Saint Stephen's Episcopal School, Dillingham racked up four FHSAA state championships, including two in the 100m hurdles and another pair in the 400m hurdles in 2025 and 2026. Following her senior year, Dillingham was ranked No. 21 nationally in the 400m hurdles. Keymani is extremely versatile and has tremendous upside in the Gamecocks' program.

Lorena Enamorado
Mater Academy | Hialeah, Florida | Previous school: FIU
XC / Mid-Distance
Adding experience to the Jax State roster, Enamorado joins the squad after spending two seasons at FIU. During her time with the Panthers, the veteran runner was a Conference USA 800m finalist at the 2026 CUSA Outdoor Championship meet where she recorded a time of 2:10.14. Enamorado has a competitive background from the 400m up to the one mile and will bring valuable conference-level experience and versatility to Jax State this season.

Jahzara Fields
Palatka High School | Palatka, Florida
Hurdles / Sprints
A top sprinter on the roster at Palatka High School, Fields has earned four FHSAA State Championship placings in the 400m and 400m hurdles, consistently competing with the top competition in the state of Florida. Additionally, Fields graduated Summa Cum Laude, highlighting her academic excellence outside of the track. With her strong progression and upside in the 400m hurdles, Fields brings exciting potential to Jacksonville.

Gianna Hutto
Charlotte High School | Punta Gorda, Florida
Jumps / Sprints
Adding more versatility and depth to the jumps and sprints unit, Hutto joins the squad after finishing her high school career as an FHSAA State Runner-Up in the long jump, along with being a five-time state finalist across the long jump and 200m. The talented athlete enters the program as the No. 7 ranked long jumper in the state of Florida in 2026.

Tahlia Lienert
Adelaide, Australia | Previous school: Cloud County Community College
Multis / Hurdles
Following a stint with Cloud City Community College, Lienert marked herself as one of the top multi-event athletes in the NJCAA, earning national runner-up honors in 2026, along with being a four-time NJCAA All-American. The Australian brings proven championship experience across the hurdles and mutlis, as well as a strong record of success at the junior college level.

Ryanne Meyer
Sealy High School | Sealy, Texas
Jumps
Jax State adds a top-tier high jumper in Ryanne Meyer out of Sealy, Texas. During her time with Sealy High School, Meyer earned a 2026 UIL State Championship in the high jump and was a three-time UIL State qualifier as well. Meyer also earned AAU All-America honors and delivered a top finish at the 2026 Texas A&M Bluebonnet High School Meet.

Diamond Moore
Cummings High School | Burlington, North Carolina
Jumps
Another addition to the jumps unit at Jax State, Moore brings a high-caliber skillset to the roster this season. At Cummings High School, Moore was a three-time NCHSAA State Champion and a 16-time All-State honoree. Additionally, Moore earned All-American honors in the long jump at the 2026 Adidas Indoor Nationals. The young talent has one of the most decorated prep resumes in the summer signing class.

Madeleine Moss
Creekview High School | Canton, Georgia
XC / Distance
A talented distance runner out of Georgia, Moss qualified for seven GHSA State Championships during her career at Creekview High School. Moss brings personal bests of 5:19 in the one mile and 18:48 in the 5k to the squad. The new addition to the Gamecocks also has a personal connection to the school as her grandfather, David Newton, competed for Jacksonville State in the 1970s.

MaQuoia Raglin

Sprints / Relays
Raglin joins the Gamecocks as a two-time NAIA All-American, along with being a member of an NAIA National Championship team with Cumberlands. Raglin has earned personal bests of 11.78s in the 100m and 24.21s in the 200m, bringing proven speed, relay experience and prior championship success to the Gamecocks' sprinting corps.

Mercy Sergon
Muchukwo Secondary School | Eldoret, Kenya

Sergon joins the roster as a standout distance runner from Muchukwo Secondary School in Kenya. The experienced runner will join both the cross country and track and field teams in the fall. Sergon brings in impressive personal bests in distance events.

Pia Siedler
Gymnasium Buchloe | Buchloe, Germany
Hurdles / Jumps
Joining the Jax State track & field program from Germany, Siedler is a two-time Bavarian Champion and placed fifth in the 400m hurdles at the German U20 Championships. She brings strong experience in both hurdles and jumps, along with prior success on the national stage in her home country. Siedler will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact with the Gamecocks in the long sprints and hurdles events this season.

Isabelle Skelton

A talented young sprinter, Skelton has represented Great Britain on the international stage and helped lead her team to a BUCS Championship in the 4x400m relay. Skelton is a multiple-time BUCS medalist and owns a personal best mark of 54.22s in the 400m, along with bringing valuable international experience to Jax State's sprinting unit.

Brianna Stephens
Lee High School | Huntsville, Alabama
Jumps / Multis
Another in-state addition to the team, Stephens joins Jax State with an impressive resume out of Lee High School in Huntsville as a four-time AHSAA State Champion on the high jump, as well as being a three-time state runner-up across the long jump and triple jump. Stephens brings a decorated resume and versatility in horizontal jumps, vertical jumps and multis to Jacksonville.

Madelyn Valpy
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada | Previous school: Mount St. Mary's
Jumps
An impressive transfer addition from Mount St. Mary's, Valpy was a three-time MAAC Conference Champion in the triple jump and a two-time conference runner-up in the event, along with two IC4A/ECAC Runner-Up finishes as well. Valpy is also an Alberta U20 Indoor Champion in triple jump. The veteran jumper brings multiple aspects of championship experience as well as consistent podium-level results to the Gamecocks' jumps squad.

Biwwot Ngelel Targit High School | Eldoret, Kenya | Previous school: Virginia Tech
Cross Country
Joining the Gamecocks after a brief stint at Virginia Tech, Chepkochei is an NCAA Cross Country National Qualifier with valuable experience in competing at the highest level of collegiate distance running. Linus brings championship experience to the Gamecocks as an accomplished front-line runner with the ability to make an immediate impact in Conference USA this year.

Miguel Angel Del Rosario

Miguel joins Jax State as a graduate transfer from Rey Juan Carlos University in Spain. Del Rosario has represented his home country at the national level, compiling top-15 results at the Spanish U23 Championships in the 1500m and 5000m. The Spaniard's experience in competing at high-level national competitions and his versatility across multiple distance events will provide an immediate boost to the Gamecocks' cross country and distance programs.

Thomas Dewey

Dewey enters the Jax State program as a six-time national qualifier in England with experience at high-level competition in the United Kingdom as a teenager. Dewey gained extensive experience racing on the challenging cross country courses that characterize the UK circuit. His proven ability in demanding race environments will make him a valuable addition to the squad this season.

Paul Dumont

A two-time All-District honoree, Dumont brings experience and a strong competitive background to the distance unit at Jax State. The young runner's commitment to improvement and potential for growth will make him a valuable member of the cross country program.

Beltran Flores
Colegio Nuestra Senora del Pilar | Soria, Spain
Cross Country
A standout runner from Soria, Spain, Flores was a consistent performer on the national stage in his home country. Flores earned a runner-up finish at the Spanish U18 Championships in the 3000m and a top-10 finish at the Spanish U18 Cross Country Championships. His competitive experience and championship pedigree will be a valuable addition to the cross country program.

Shadrack Kipkurgat

Cross Country
Kipkurgat enters the Jax State cross country program after spending one season at Western Kentucky. A proven competitor in Conference USA, Kipkurgat earned a runner-up finish at the 2026 CUSA Outdoor Championships in the 5000m. His collegiate experience and ability to perform in big moments will be invaluable to the Gamecocks.

Anders Maitrejean

Maitrejean joins the Gamecocks' cross country program after a solid career at Brother Martin High School in Louisiana. The young distance runner earned All-State cross country honors and brings valuable experience competing against some of the top distance runners in his home state. His strong racing background and continued development make him exciting addition to Jax State's distance groups.

Miles Rush
Bentonville High School | Bentonville, Arkansas
Cross Country
Coming off an impressive career at Bentonville High School in Arkansas, Rush was a two-time individual state finalist and two-time team state champion. Rush has proven himself as one of the top high school distance runners in the state of Arkansas and brings prior championship experience and understanding of what it takes to be a part of a successful cross country program. Rush's previous high-level experience at the prep level will help continue his success as a part of Jax State.
