Biography

JSU CAREER: 2016: Appeared in seven games during the season, making his collegiate debut at Liberty on Sept. 24…set a career high with three tackles against the Flames…credited with one more tackle on the season on Oct. 29 against Eastern Illinois. 

2015: Sat out the season as a redshirt. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Chattooga High School, where he was a four-year starter…earned Tennessee-Georgia All-Star Game honors as a senior in 2014…also played basketball and participated in track and field.

PERSONAL: Son of Tracey Black and Justin Esmann…has a sister, Lauren.
