Biography

JSU CAREER: 2016: Appeared in all 12 games for JSU while making his Gamecock debut in the season opener against North Alabama on Sept. 1…finished the year with 21 total tackle and two pass break ups…set a career high in tackles with six against SEC foe LSU on Sept. 10…recorded at least one tackle in the season’s first nine games…had three tackles in back-to-back weeks against Tennessee Tech and Austin Peay…recorded two tackles against Coastal Carolina and Liberty. at out the season as a redshirt. 

PRIOR TO JSU: Enrolled in January of 2016 after transferring from Washington State, where he appeared in four games over two years and racked up nine tackles and two pass break ups.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played his senior season for head coach Dan Klages at Eufaula High School in Eufaula, Ala…a first team All-State selection as an athlete as a senior in 2012, when he led the Tigers to an 8-3 record…hauled in 22 catches for 377 yards, more than 17 yards per catch, and eight touchdowns…played for head coach Alphus Shipman at Abbeville High School in Abbeville, Ala., before transferring to Eufaula…was an All-State wide receiver for the Yellow Jackets in 2011, when he caught 54 passes and 13 touchdowns…was listed at No. 44 on the top prospect list…rated as a two-star recruit by Scout.com.
