JSU CAREER: 2016: Spent the season on the scout team.

2015: Sat out the season as a redshirt. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Dale Pruitt at Plainview High School in Rainsville, Ala…led the Bears to the second round of the AHSAA Class 3A State Playoffs after a 34-6 win over Weaver in the first round…was named MVP of 3A Region 7…led PHS to the 3A Region 7 title with a perfect 7-0 mark in region play, its first region title in seven years.

PERSONAL: Full name is William Jayse Pruitt…born December 7, 1995, in Fort Payne, Ala…son of Jeremy Pruitt and Haley Martin…has three brothers, John David, Grant and Ridge…father Jeremy is the defensive coordinator at Alabama…majoring in communications at JSU.
