Time: TBA (Please arrive one hour prior to your first game to check your team in at Pete Mathews Coliseum)
Deposit: $150/team (Due June 3) *Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and is applied to the total camp charge - remaining balance is to be paid on, or before, the first game at camp. 
Camp Cost: (3 games total) 1 day - $325/Team 
                      (4 games total) 4 games in 1 day OR 2 games a day for two days - $375/Team
                      (6 games total) 2 games/day for 3 days OR 3 games a day for 2 days - $425/Team 
                       *Pricing is for teams of 13 players. Any additional player is $20 each.

Elite Camp // June 24-25
Dates: June 24-25 (Friday and Saturday)
Times: June 24: Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
                            Camp: 6:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
            June 25: Check-in 7:45 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
                            Camp: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Cost:   Overnight on Campus (2 Days) $165  *$60 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit
            Additional $50 CASH deposit to be paid at check-in and returned upon clean room inspection and dorm key return.
            Includes breakfast & lunch on Saturday. Friday dinner is on your own, but delivery options for a post-camp meal Friday night will be available after camp on Friday. Order can be placed at dorm check-in. This meal will be at the expense of the camper (CASH ONLY). Campers will be housed in Sparkman Hall. Campers will need to bring their own linens (towel, washcloth, sheets for twin XL bed, blanket, and pillow)
            Commuter (2 Days) - Includes lunch on Saturday. $110 *$50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit
            Commuter (1 Day, FRIDAY ONLY) - No meals. $50 *$30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
            Commuter (1 Day, SATURDAY ONLY) - Lunch included. $80 ($40 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.

At Jacksonville State University, sports camps are open to any and all applicants and are limited only by the number of slots available per camp and the age, grade level, and/or gender of the participant.

IMPORTANT PARENTAL CONSENT FORM INFORMATION

* A Parental Consent Form Packet MUST be completed for every player PRIOR to participation in ANY JSU Athletic Camp. Completion of these forms prior to arrival for camp helps to ensure the quickest check-in possible. This packet (4 pages) can be downloaded by clicking here and emailed as a pdf file to Paige McDonald at pamcdonald@jsu.edu. To easily create a pdf file for email, they can download a scanner app for their phone, like Adobe Scan, for free in Apple or iOS app stores. Forms may also be completed online by using this Dynamic Forms Link. At this link, a parent/legal guardian will need to create a free account to complete and e-sign the forms. the e-signature is automatically set witht the name used to create the account and cannot be changed when completing the forms. If the wrong name is used to create the account, the parent will need to print the completed document and provide hand-written corrected signatures via email or create another correct account.
