Odam prepped under his father Jonathan Odam for six seasons at Piedmont High…the longtime JSU target led PHS to six-straight area championships and three trips to AHSAA Elite Eight…his final high school game was played at Jax State’s Pete Mathews Coliseum when his No. 6 Bulldogs fell to Plainview in the Northwest Regional final…Odam shattered Piedmont’s school revord with 3,229 points scored during his career, which ranks 10 th all-time in the Alabama High School Athletic Association…he chose Jax State over offers from UAB, Samford, Belmont and Mercer among others.
