2023: Opened up the 2023 campaign with a new personal best 5K time at the Foothills Invitational...the 16:04.4 5K mark was good enough for a 17th place finish in the first meet of the season...Set a 25:50.9 8K mark at the Firehawk Invitational, the third best time in the event, helping Jax State to a team title in the meet. Placed 32nd in the C-USA Championship with a 25:05.6 8K time before wrapping up the season with a 32:52.1 10K time at the NCAA South Region Championships.
2022: Turned in a trio of top 100 finishes, including a 19th place finish at the Queen City Invite on Sept. 23 with a 5K mark of 25:47.0...impressed at the Foothills Invitational to open up the season, punching a 16:27.5 5K time to place 34th.
