PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Played two years at Florida Atlantic for Howard Schnellenberger…was an important member of special teams as well as the defensive backs...picked up a blocked extra point attempt and returned it the length of the field for two points against North Texas...recorded two tackles against ULL, one assists, and one tackle assist at Minnesota.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at First Coast High School for Marty Lee…was a four-year lettermen…was named All-Conference as a senior…also lettered in baseball for the Bucaneers.

PERSONAL: Full name is Darian Thomas…son of David and Debra Thomas…born on Oct. 30, 1989…his older brother, David, played football at Texas Southern and also in the CFL…his older sister, DaMika ran track at Texas Southern, while his sister Dione also runs track at UCF…his father, David, played at Texas Southern and also with the Washington Redskins in the NFL…majoring in Criminal Justice.
