JAX STATE CAREER:
2023: 
Played in 11 games in his seventh season at Jax State, starting at quarterback in eight of those … the sixth-leading rusher in CUSA with an average of 58.0 yards per game, thanks to 638 yards through the regular season … also had seven rushing TDs, tied for third-most of any player in CUSA … ran for over 100 yards in a game four times during season … was named the CUSA Offensive Player of the Week on Oct 23 after leading Jax State to a come-from-behind win over WKU with 346 yards of total offense that included a 146 rushing yds and 218 passing … his four 100-yard rushing games have been in his final seven games … threw for 1,281 yards and five touchdowns on 97-for-194 passing with six interceptions … ran for three touchdowns against LA Tech.

2022: Started all but one of JSU’s 11 games on his way to leading the Gamecocks to a 9-2 mark and undefeated 5-0 ASUN record…passed for more than 1,700 yards for the second time in his career completing 111-of-201 passes for 1,737 yards and 10 TDs…finished 9-for-15 for 160 yards passing and three rushing TDs in his return from injury in the opener against Stephen F. Austin to claim ASUN Player of the Week honors…also ran for a career-high 647 yards including a single-game best 132 yards on the ground in the finale at Central Arkansas on Nov. 19 to clinch the ASUN Championship…surpassed 5,700 total yards of offense against UCA to pass Ryan Perrilloux for sixth on JSU’s career yardage list…ranked third in the FCS with 13 rushing scores…tossed multiple touchdowns in wins over Davidson, Nicholls and Kennesaw State, including an 11-yard strike in overtime on a SportsCenter Top 10 play to beat the Owls…hauled in just his second career reception, and first since 2018, on Oct. 28 for a five-yard touchdown from Sterling Galban to become the first Gamecock quarterback in the program’s Div. I history to catch a touchdown.

2021: Did not play in the fall season after suffering an injury in the spring season playoffs.

FALL 2020/SPRING 2021: Appeared in 12 contests, eventually becoming the Gamecocks’ primary signal caller for the spring season...named an All-OVC First Team passer while receiving three OVC Offensive Player of the Week honors throughout the spring schedule…completed 120-of-205 passes for a conference-best and 9th nationally 1,777 yards…13 passing touchdowns were second in the OVC…his longest pass of the year came on a 67-yard throw against UT-Martin to go with his career-high three touchdown performance after throwing three against Tennessee State the week before...also the team’s third leading rusher with 399 yards and five scores on 74 carries with a long of 67 coming in the first round of the FCS Playoffs against Davidson on April 24...had a career day passing on March 7 where he went 21-of-33 for 280 yards and three touchdowns against Tennessee State...finished the season with a conference-high 2,176 all-purpose yards.

2019: Appeared in seven games during his second season as the backup signal caller for Jax State…completed six passes for 148 yards and a touchdown against Murray State…his lone touchdown came on a 45-yard tipped ball to Jamari Hester to help lead the Gamecocks to a victory over the Racers…MSU game was his highest passing day with two completions for 74 yards and the score…carried the ball 19 times for 112 yards and a rushing touchdown.

2018: Made appearances in 10 games as the Gamecocks’ secondary Quarterback in his first full year at the position…ranked second on the team in all Quarterback categories…threw the ball 34 times for 444 yards and a long of 40 with four touchdowns, including 3 three against Eastern Kentucky on Oct. 6…also threw for a career high 137 yards against the Colonels…he rushed the ball 60 times for 412 yards with a long of 48 and six touchdowns…he scored off rushing in five consecutive games from Sept. 22 against Tennessee Tech, where he rushed for two touchdowns, on Oct. 27 against Murray State…also made one reception on Oct. 13 against Eastern Illinois for three yards.

2017: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Listed as a two-star recruit by Scout…prepped for head coach Jamey DuBose at Central High School in Phenix City, Ala…named the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer’s All-Bi-City Offensive Player of the Year after running for 911 yards and 11 touchdowns, while throwing for 1,613 yards and 17 touchdowns…led the Red Devils to a 10-2 record a perfect 6-0 record in AHSAA Class 7A Region 2 Play…advanced to the semifinals of the 2016 AHSAA Class 7A Playoffs…returned to the field and thrived in his senior season after missing his junior campaign with an injury…chose the Gamecocks over Georgia Southern.

PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 22, 1998, in Columbus, Ga…the son of Derrick and Detinna Webb…received his degree in integrated studies at JSU.
