JSU CAREER: 2020: Played in all 15 games of the shortened season and finished with the best batting average on the team with a .328 clip…connected on 22-of-67 at the plate, including a team-best four home runs and a pair of doubles…drove in 14 runs and scored 14 times…swiped three bases on the base paths…recorded six plate appearances on two occasions versus Missouri (Feb. 15) and at Kennesaw State (March 10)…posted multiple hits in six games, including three hits in four of those contests…went 3-for-6 in the final game of the season at Kennesaw State with his fourth home run of the season and a pair of RBI…was a triple shy of hitting for the cycle twice in the season against Missouri (Feb. 16) and Gardner-Webb (Feb. 29)...a member of the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019: Made an immediate impact as a leadoff hitter in JSU’s 2019 lineup with 40 starts at the top…saw action in 54 games and started in 50 games…finished the season with a .272 batting average, collecting 56 hits including 14 extra base hits…led the Gamecocks on the base paths with 12 stolen bases in 14 attempts…had an on-base percentage of .348 and a slugging mark of .413…posted 30 RBI and reached base 20 times via base on balls…tallied a .281 average at the plate against Ohio Valley Conference competition, including nine RBI…turned in a season-high four hits against Murray State (March 22)…keyed JSU’s offense against Troy (March 13) with a pair of home runs in a 9-5 win in extra innings…recorded four RBI against Clemson (June 2) in the NCAA Oxford Regional.

Prior to JSU: Started his career at Chattahoochie Valley Community College in Phenix City, Alabama…played for Adam Thomas at CVCC…saw action in 58 games in two seasons on the junior college level, including 41 games as a freshman…hit .347 as a first-year player at CVCC and drove in 22 RBI along with scoring 33 runs…swiped 30 bases in the stolen base department as a freshman…also had four home runs in 2017…hit over .300 as a sophomore in 2018 and scored 24 runs…collected 14 stolen bases to give him 44 stolen bases in 58 games at CVCC.

High School: Prepped at North Cobb High School…coached by Tom Callahan at NCHS…ranked as the 51st overall prospect in the state of Georgia by Perfect Game and listed 13th among outfielders in the state…a top-100 outfielder prospect on the national level by Perfect Game…named to the Perfect Game World Showcase Top Prospect List…played for the Triton Rays on the travel ball circuit.
