JSU CAREER:
2016: Appeared in all 37 JSU matches, making 32 starts during her freshman campaign…moved to primarily being a setter early in the season due to other JSU injuries…finished with a team-high 757 assists for a 5.82 assist per set ratio…made her collegiate debut with 15 assists and 10 digs at Air Force on Aug. 26…ended the year with nine double-doubles overall and 33 matches of double-digit assists…tallied a career-high 36 assists twice against Charleston Southern (9/2) and Eastern Illinois (10/21)…was second on the team with 261 digs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons for head coach Morgan Rogers at Tomball Memorial High in Tomball, Texas…first team  all-district her final two seasons and second team in 2013…all-state academic 2015-16…finished with more than 600 assists, 300 digs and 44 service aces for the Wildcats…played nine years for the Willowbrook Volleyball Club where she was a two-time Side-Out Ambassador and four-time varsity letterman.

PERSONAL: Full name Rachel Elizabeth Perucki…born Oct. 10, 1997, in Brandon, Fla…the daughter of Karen and Jon Perucki…has two older brothers, R.J. and Gregory…brother R.J. played baseball at UT-San Antonio and currently plays professionally for the Independent League’s Normal Cornbelters…member of the National Honor Society…favorite musician is Ed Sheeran.
