2011: One of Jax State's leaders as a junior, competing in all eight meets and the top Gamecock finisher in the JSU/Struts Season Opener...claimed gold in the season opener with a time of 11:29.14...Placed 16th at the PowerAde Invitational, hosted by Chattanooga...placed second at the Tennessee Tech Invitational...a top-20 finish at the OVC Championships.
2010: JSU's top-finisher in all seven meets as a sophomore...Claimed gold at the JSU Foothills Invitational with a mark of 18:20.44 ... Finished fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference after crossing the line in 18:49.12 ... Posted four top-five finishes on the season ... Claimed silver at the Georgia State Invitational and 22nd in the 41-team field at the Sean Earl Loyola University Invite in Chicago, Ill.
2009: Participated in four meets as a newcomer ... Placed eighth at the UAH Fleet Foot Invitational with a time of 19:47.
Pre JSU: Lettered eight years in cross country and track and field at Keller High School in Keller, Texas… selected Athlete of the Year in 2003-04, Most Valuable Runner in 2004-05, Freshman of the Year and MVP in 2005-06…earned First-Team All-District honors in 2005 and 2008 and Second-Team All-District laurels in 2006 and 2007…voted Second-Team All-Region in 2005…2007 and 2008 Team Captain in cross country and distance track…also played softball where she was an Honorable Mention Pitcher in 2006 and an All-Academic in 2006 and 2007.
Personal: Daughter of Phillip and Gail Stam…born May 15, 1991…has two sisters, Brittany and Shannon…sister Brittany, plays golf at Central Christian College (Kansas)…majoring in nursing and psychology.
