Biography

2011: Played in 14 matches, including a start in three consecutive matches (South Alabama, New Mexico State and Louisiana Tech) … Scored versus New Mexico State (9/2) in her lone scoring opportunity of the season … Logged a season-best 40 minutes in a 1-1 draw with Eastern Kentucky (10/2).

2010: Saw action in 11 matches and made her first career start against Southern (9/12)…recorded three shot attempts in that match…turned in a shot on goal attempt at Tennessee Tech (10/22)…logged almost 200 minutes on the pitch as a sophomore… member of the OVC Commissioners Academic Honor Roll.

2009: Played in 10 games as a reserve defender/midfielder…scored lone goal of the season at Alabama State (9/23) and registered an assist against Alabama A&M (9/9)…had four total shots, three on goal.

Pre JSU: Earned three letters under Coach Frank Dixon at Carmel High School in Carmel, Ind…played nine years of club soccer for Carmel United, where she was the 2007 Player of the Year…helped Carmel United to the club state title and to the 2004 Regional tournament…played for the Indiana ODP squad…member of the National Honor Society and the DECA National Contenders in 2007 and 2008.

Personal: Born Dec. 5, 1990…daughter of Tom and Terry Miller…father played baseball at Purdue and had uncles who played basketball at the Naval Academy and the University of Florida…has one sister, Caitlin…majoring in biology/pre-health professionals.
