2011: Saw action for the Gamecocks in 111 of the 123 games played and 29 of the 31 matches played in 2011…finished third on the team with 289 kills…averaged 2.60 kills per set…recorded 254 digs for an averaged of 2.29 digs per set…finished with double-digits in kills 16 times…recorded a season high 19 kills twice on the year, the first time against Georgia State on Sept 2, and the second time on Nov 5 against Eastern Illinois…finished with 17 kills in back-to-back games against UT Martin and Murray State…finished with 201 kills for an averaged of 2.72 kills per set in OVC play…recorded 18 aces on the season.

2010: Sat out the season with a redshirt.

Prior to JSU: Played two seasons for head coach David Rehr at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas…guided the Buccaneers to their first NJCAA National Championship in 2008 and to a pair of Region XIV Tournament berths…as a sophomore in 2009, averaged 1.89 kills and 2.03 digs per game to earn honorable mention all-region honors…had nine matches with double figures in kills, led by 16 against Galveston College on Sept. 11, match that also saw her pick up 14 digs…had a season-best 15 digs twice…averaged 1.62 kills as a freshman in 2008…played alongside current JSU middle blocker/outside hitter Liza Senenkova.

Prep: Prepped for five years at Pio XI Bessa for head coach Idebaldo Grisi.

Personal: Born on July 31, 1990, in Patos, Brazil…the daughter of Aurelio and Adriana Leite…has an older brother, Heytor, and an older sister, Hayvolla…is majoring in nutrition at JSU.
