Head coach Tim Ebbecke rounded out his 2026 staff with the addition of graduate assistant Zak Tucker. Tucker played four seasons at Siena Heights for the men’s volleyball team where he served as the setter.

Tucker was a three-year captain for Siena Heights, a four-time all-conference honoree, a two-time national setter of the week recipient in NAIA, and was named the 2022 NAIA Setter of the Year. Tucker was a part of the class of 2026 Siena Heights Athletic Hall of Fame.

Tucker came into Siena Heights and made an immediate impact, earning WHAC Setter of the Year honors in 2022. He was named 1^st Team All-WHAC once, 2^nd Team All-WHAC three times, and was selected to the WHAC All-Freshman Team.

Tucker ranks first in Siena Heights men’s volleyball program history in aces (132), second in assists (3,040), second in block assists (181), second in total blocks (202), and fifth in digs (564). He posted top-10 single-season marks, including second, fifth, eight, and 11^th in assists, first and third in aces, and ninth in block assists.

Prior to Jax State, and following his playing career, Tucker spent one year as a grad assistant for the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota.
