Jax State Track & Field announced the hiring of assistant coach Noah Osborne in July of 2025, as one of two new assistant coaches to the program.
“We are thrilled to welcome Noah to the Gamecock family,” said Provence, “Noah comes to us highly recommended by those who have worked with him.”
Osborne works as the sprinters coach and helped produce an All-Conference USA Third Team selection and a new school record with the 4x100m relay squad in his first year on staff. Additionally, the Gamecocks broke records in the 60m hurdles during the indoor season and set a new program high in the 100m hurdles under Osborne's leadership.
Before arriving in Jacksonville, Osborne served as a track & field graduate assistant at Southeastern University, where he helped the Fire to have three individuals take home outdoor conference championships.
Osborne also served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Head Track & Field Coach and Assistant Athletic Director at Bradenton Christian High School as well as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at D1 Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota, Fla.
“In his short time as a Graduate Assistant at Southeastern, Noah made an immediate impact helping guide multiple conference champions and national qualifiers,” said Provence, “Noah was described as someone who values building relationships, a high-level recruiter with connections throughout the southeast, and has an incredible work ethic.”
Osborne graduated from Samford University with his Bachelor’s and from Southeastern University with his Master’s.
