JACKSONVILLE – Jacksonville State's softball doubleheader against Eastern Illinois has been canceled because of inclement weather.
The Jacksonville area received heavy rainfall throughout Saturday night and Sunday morning, creating unsatisfactory field conditions. The Gamecocks' Senior Day, which was scheduled for Sunday, will now take place prior to their May 3 home game against UAB at 4 p.m.
