Men’s Basketball Selected for Three Nationally Televised Contests

JACKSONVILLE – The Jax State Men's Basketball team is set to have three regular season Conference USA contests broadcast on national television this season, including two on CBS Sport Network and one on ESPNU.

Jax State will make its national television debut on Feb. 5 when the Gamecocks travel to Bowling Green, Kentucky to match up with the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers on CBS Sports Network at 8 p.m.

The next two games are set to take place in Jacksonville just two days apart, with the first taking place on Feb. 26 against Delaware on CBS Sports Network while the latter will be played on Feb. 28 against Liberty on ESPNU. The Delaware game will tip off at 6 p.m. while the Liberty contest will begin at 5 p.m.

Jax State played three games on national television last season, with all three taking place in the postseason. Most recently, Jax State defeated Georgia Tech 81-64 in the first round of the NIT on ESPN2 last season.

After this season, Jax State will have played at least one nationally televised game in each of the last three seasons for a total of seven games.

The 2025-26 Jax State team is set to open up the season on Nov. 3 against Oakwood at Pete Mathews Coliseum on ESPN+.
