DALLAS – Conference USA announced the 2025 Conference USA Preseason Poll on Thursday, with the Jax State men ranking fourth and the women predicted to finish seventh. Last season the men placed third in the CUSA Championship with the women taking home sixth.

The Gamecock men also rank 13^th in the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association South Region Preseason Poll. Being ranked in the preseason poll for just the second time in program history.

This season's CUSA Championship will take place in Huntsville, Ala. on Saturday, Nov. 1.

The Gamecocks open up their season on Friday, Aug. 29 at Choccolocco Park with the 2025 edition of the Foothills Invitational.
