NORMAN, Okla.—A total of 292 schools across six divisions earned a PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award, with Jax State among the 129 earning Presidents Special Recognition.
 
The Golf Coaches Association of America released their list of honorees on Tuesday.
 
The Gamecocks were one of just 75 Division I programs listed among the Presidents Special Recognition, honoring teams with a 3.5 grade point average or better.
 
Jax State had an overall team GPA of 3.54 for the year, posting a 3.58 during the fall semester and a 3.49 during the spring.
