DALLAS, Texas – The Jax State men's tennis team has earned the three-seed in the 2026 CUSA Men's Tennis Championship Bracket. The tennis championship tournament is hosted by Middle Tennessee.
The Gamecocks, who finished the regular season with a 17-3 record, will take on the six-seed New Mexico State (7-15) on Friday, April 17, at 1 p.m. in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The winner of Friday's match will move on to face the two-seed Liberty on Saturday, April 18, at 4 p.m. in the semifinals
Middle Tennessee captured the one-seed in the tournament, Kennesaw State is the four-seed, and Delaware is five-seed. Delaware and Kennesaw will play Friday, April 17, at 10 a.m. The winner of that match will move on to play Middle Tennessee on Saturday, April 18, at 1 p.m.
Jax State had an incredible regular season as they went 70-25 in singles and 32-15 in doubles as team.
David Krasner had a team-best 14-2 mark in singles.
Timo De Visser followed Krasner closely with his 12-2 singles record.
Aman Dahiya went 13-6,
Marko Milosavljevic went 9-1,
Alin Fatu was 8-4,
Charlie Penman was 8-7 in the No. 1 slot,
Zach Murphy was 3-1, and
Lucius Soller went 2-0.
In doubles, Soller led the team with a 12-4 record. Krasner went 11-4, Fatu went 9-4, Penman went 8-4, Milosavljevic had a 6-2 record, Murphy went 4-2, De Visser went 7-5,
Matei Palcau was 2-0, and Dahiya went 5-5, respectively.
Penman/Fatu went 7-4 together to lead the Gamecocks. Krasner/De Visser went 5-1, Soller/Murphy went 4-2, Krasner/Milosavljevic went 4-2, and Soller/Dahiya went 3-1 to round out the top doubles' teams for Jax State.
