Prior to Jax State: Started his collegiate career at Pearl River Community College…as a freshman, he assisted the Wildcats to the program’s first NJCAA DII National Championship… played in 47 games, recording a .322 batting average, an OBP of .396, a slugging percentage of .596, 47 hits and 46 RBIs…hit 13 doubles and nine homeruns… stole seven bases….as a sophomore in 2023, Walters batted in the middle of the order and appeared in 57 games, resulting in a .354 batting average, a .445 on-base percentage, and a .657 slugging percentage…produced 70 hits, 60 runs, 65 RBI and 12 homeruns…recorded 20 doubles, second-most in a season in PRCC history…named First Team All-MACCC and earned All-Region 23 Honors.

High School: Played at Petal High School in Petal, Miss. …as a senior, hit a .393 batting average along with a homerun, a double, and 14 RBIs… recorded three stolen bases.
