2023: Appeared in 49 contests, started 46, primarily at catcher…leadoff hitter in 39 games…finished 2023 with a .330 batting average with 66 hits and 43 runs…drove in 25 RBI and six home runs on the year with an on-base percentage of .389 and a slugging mark of .490…individual game high for the season in doubles (3, vs Ole Miss, March 14), stolen bases (2, vs Alabama State, March 7), and putouts (17, vs Bradley, March 3)…against Queens (N.C.) on March 17, had a season-high four hits…led the team with the longest hitting streak of the season with 14 games, fourth in multi-hit games with 18…named to the ASUN’s All-Freshman Team and earned a spot on Collegiate Baseball’s 2023 Freshman All-American Team.
PRIOR TO JSU: Transferred from the University of Georgia…sat out the 2022 season as a redshirt…a member of the UGA program that won 36 games and reached the NCAA Chapel Hill (N.C.) Regional.
HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Carrollton where he played for Scott Johnson…hit .393 with 15 doubles, four triples, eight home runs, 62 RBI and five stolen bases as a senior…named 2021 All Region 5 6-A Player of the Year…2021 Georgia Dugout Preview Magazine All-State selection and named a preseason All-America his final three years…batted a combined .465 with four home runs, 58 RBI and 22 stolen bases during his sophomore and junior seasons…an Honor Roll student who earned Academic letters during prep career…played summer baseball with Canes Southeast including winning the 2019 WWBA World Championship.
