Allen joined the Jacksonville State cross country program after competing at Lipscomb University and the University of North Alabama. While at UNA he earned ASUN All-Conference honors as well as ASUN Runner of the Week honors.
High School
A standout at Chester County High School, he helped lead the Eagles to two cross country regional titles and earned All-State honors in both 2018 and 2019.
