Played for head coach Chad Eads at Gardendale High School in Gardendale, Ala…led the Rockets to a 9-3 record and into the second round of the AHSAA Class 6A Playoffs as a senior in 2020…had five interceptions and scored five touchdowns for GHS, while recording 68 tackles and 15 pass break ups in his senior season…on offense, had 17 receptions for 405 yards…chose JSU over several offers that included Central Arkansas, Austin Peay, North Alabama, Chattanooga and UT Martin.
