The Gamecocks leaped host Jacksonville and Georgia State on the final day of the 54-hole event, their first finish out of the top 10 this season. The tournament featured the best field they have seen so far, with four teams ranked in the top 41 competing on the 7,122-yard, par-72 layout.

Freshman Tomasz Anderson turned in a one-under 71 on Tuesday to finish the two-day event with a 227, placing him in a tie for 20th. Junior Andres Schonbaum fell into a tie for 25th after a final-round 78, while senior Alfonso Otoya finished in a tie for 35th in the 69-player field, after his final-day 73 put him at 17-over for the tournament. Senior Tom Robson bounced back from a tough first round to finish tied for 49th. Freshman Dylan Sheppard rounded out the Gamecocks' lineup in a tie for 58th after a third-round 79.

No. 34 Florida claimed the team title, just ahead of No. 36 Liberty, while seventh-ranked North Florida finished third. No. 41East Carolina came in fourth, while Coastal Carolina rounded out the top five.
