Gamecock Women's Tennis Falls at Home to Chattanooga

JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville State women's tennis team fell 6-1 to Chattanooga Saturday afternoon at the JSU Tennis Courts. It was just the second home loss suffered by the Gamecocks this season.
Freshmen Malin Buechner and Alba Conejero won a doubles set, while junior Genevie Ulanday picked up JSU's lone point with a win in the No. 1 position.
"We played some very tough sets today," head coach Andres Amores said. "Genevie had a really nice win over their No. 1, and Diana Monsalve forced a playoff against their No. 2."
