RESULTS

JSU men's tennis participated in the Georgia state invite this weekend, collecting a number of good wins and placing one doubles team in the final of the top flight.
 
Sophomores Maj Tomac and Vanja Dobrnjac reached the final of the blue doubles draw, defeating two pairings from Kennesaw State, before succumbing 6-4 to a strong Georgia state team in the final. 
 
In singles play, Dobrnjac reached the semifinals of the blue singles draw, upsetting second seeded Matthew Terry of Kennesaw State along the way. Freshman Vicente Arbelaez Prati also reached the semifinals of the white singles draw, defeating Edward Tymes, the 2021 number one recruit in the state of Georgia, of Georgia state, in the quarterfinals. 
 
The JSU men will resume action next weekend in Macon, ga at the Mercer gridiron classic.
