JACKSONVILLE – Jax State opens its 2024 Cocky Classic at Jana McGinnis Field on Friday with the first two of a five-game weekend at home for the Gamecocks.

The Gamecocks (2-9) welcome Southern Miss, Southern Indiana, Samford and Belmont to Jacksonville for 11 total games over three days. Friday's action begins at 10:00 with Samford and Belmont meeting one another at Jana McGinnis Field. The Gamecocks will suit up for their first contest against Southern Miss at Southern Miss and then turn around and play Samford at approximately 5:30.

Jax State will play a single game Saturday morning against Southern Indiana before returning to the field on Sunday to play USI again and then Belmont.
