JACKSONVILLE—Six members of the Jax State bowling team will go from wearing the Red and White to wearing the Red, White, and Blue of Team USA in 2026.
Rosters for Team USA and Junior Team USA 2026 were finalized after the completion of the United States Bowling Congress Team USA Trials and United States National Amateur Bowling Championships, which came to a close Wednesday night at Gold Coast Bowling Center in Las Vegas.
Freshman
Kaitlyn Stull was the runner up during the women's U.S. Amateur championship, coming up just five pins shy in the final match of the stepladder. She won her first match of the stepladder 189-180 to reach the final.
Stull, along with classmate
Gianna Brandolino and junior Annalise Obryant earned spots on Team USA.
During the trials, Stull was second in the field of 132 with a five-day pinfall total of 6531. Brandolino was fifth at 6524,
Keira Magsam was 12
th at 6453, and Obryant was 13
th at 6369.
Stull also earned a spot on Junior Team USA based on the trials ranking points. Brandolino,
Erin Klemencic, Magsam, and
Melia Mitskavich earned spots on Junior Team USA during Junior Gold Championships or U22 Queens in 2025.
Additionally, 2026 signee Ashlin Teves also earned a spot on Junior Team USA with her performance at Junior Gold.
Top-ranked Jax State will resume its 2025-26 season next weekend at the Northeast Classic in New Castle, Del.
