JSU CAREER: 2022: Had a 6.03 ERA while appearing in 10 games and started seven games…had a 1-1 win-loss record while pitching in 31.1 innings…struck out 19 batters on the season…pitched in 5.0 innings at Lipscomb (Mar. 20) while striking out three batters…had one putout against North Alabama (Mar. 27) and one assist that same game, as well as against Eastern Kentucky (Apr. 3).

2021: Appeared in 22 games on the mound for the Gamecocks including two midweek starts against Troy (April 27) and against SEC foe Mississippi State (May 18)… tossed 36.0 innings on the year and collected 31 strikeouts on the season and finished the year with a 4.50 earned run average… collected two wins on the season.

2020: Saw action in five games as a first-year player in the program…made his Gamecock debut against Missouri (Feb. 15)…made two midweek starts on the mound against UAB (Feb. 19) and Kennesaw State (March 3)…tossed the first three innings in both starts…was touched for four hits against the Blazers, but did not allow a run to earn his first collegiate win…finished with 11.0 innings pitched and tallied nine strikeouts…faced Ohio Valley Conference competition with 1.2 innings against Eastern Illinois in the second game of a twinbill…was the pitcher of record in JSU’s 15-inning, 14-10 win over the Owls (March 10)…named to the 2020 OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Ken Whittle at Trinity Presbyterian High School in the Montgomery, Alabama area…led the Wildcats to the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 4A Area 4 Championship in 2018 and a 23-8 overall record… played in 99 games on the prep level with a career average of .330 with an on-base percentage off .382…posted 98 hits, 51 RBI and 68 runs in three seasons…hit .342 as a junior in 111 at bats, scoring 26 runs on 38 hits…delivered 25 RBI and tallied four doubles…produced a 2.20 earned run average in 27 career appearances, including 19 starts on the mound…turned in a 13-5 overall mark…tossed 110 innings pitched, allowed 36 earned runs and struck out 108 batters…accumulated 59 strikeouts as a junior and issued 17 earned runs…went 8-1 as a sophomore on the mound…a three-time Alabama Sports Writer Association All-State selection…tabbed to the 2017 ASWA Second Team as a utility player and a honorable mention status as a DH in 2018 after hitting .342 with 26 runs and 25 RBI in 35 games…his father Marty is the head baseball coach at Auburn-Montgomery.
