JSU CAREER
2022: Concluded a phenomenal collegiate career as a graduate transfer in 2022…started all 30 matches and played in 108 sets for Jax State…was named Second Team All-ASUN after ending up second in the conference in assists per set (10.88) and third in total assists (1,175)…finished Top 20 in Division I in both those statistics at the end of the regular season…added 249 digs, 84 kills, 31 blocks, and 23 aces…set a career-high with five blocks against The Citadel on Sept. 2…posted a season-high and came one away from tying a career-high with 59 assists in the final match of her college career against Kennesaw State on Nov. 17…tied a career best of four aces versus North Alabama on Sept. 24…between Jax State and SEMO, Ochs started all 145 matches of her career and totaled 5,400 assists, 1,500 digs, 484 kills, 190 blocks, and 145 aces.
(Southeast Missouri State, 2018-21): Played four seasons at SEMO...played in 115 matches...recorded three 1,000+ assists seasons and totaled 4,225 in her four year career...earned four OVC All-Conference selections while with the RedHawks...was an OVC Medal of Honor recipient...was named the 2021 OVC Setter of the Year and First team All-Conference selection...only player in OVC history to earn two OVC Tournament MVPs...had two NCAA Tournament appearances.

Three-year starter at St. Joseph's Academy where she was coached by Katie Richardson...Earned all-state and all-conference honoree in 2017 as the Angels won the Class 4A Missouri State High School Activities Association Championship...Named to the Under Armour Watch List in 2017...Helped St. Joseph's Academy to a fourth place finish in Class 4A in 2015...Started her high school career at Villa Duchesne and was the only starting freshmen on that Missouri Class 3 State runner-up team in 2014...Played club volleyball for High Performance St. Louis and was coached by Chris Nichols...Qualified for Beach Volleyball Nationals in 2016 and 2017...Finished fourth in the 18 and under division at USA Volleyball Beach Nationals in July of 2017...Recorded a 3.85 grade-point average at St. Joseph's Academy.
