HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Cullman High School for head coach Brent Patterson…named the Alabama Sportswriters Association’s Class 6A Player of the Year as a senior…named to the 2021 Collegiate Baseball Newspaper High School All-America First Team, powered by Diamond Sports…hit .496 with 12 home runs and 48 RBIs…also had 22 doubles, scored 49 runs and stole 15 bases…on the mound, he was 2-2 with a 2.47 ERA…tabbed by the Alabama Baseball Coaches Association as the 2021 Alabama High School Position Player of the Year...led CHS to the Class 6A Area 14 title and a spot in the state playoffs…helped the Bearcats to the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A State Championship in 2019…gained honorable mention status on the 2019 ASWA Class 6A All-State Team…named the Cullman Times Hitter of the Year in 2019 after a stellar sophomore season… batted .377 with a .464 on-base percentage, a .474 slugging percentage and a .938 OPS...his 58 hits led the Bearcats, and he tacked on 37 runs, 25 RBIs, 17 walks, 12 doubles and 11 stolen bases…named to the 2019 Perfect Game Preseason Underclassmen All American Team…earned all-tournament status in multiple PG sanctioned tournaments.
