JSU CAREER
2021-22: Compiled a 5-4 doubles record...was 4-4 from No. 1 doubles alongside Joaquin Vallejo...earned one singles win.
2019-2020: Scored a perfect 9-0 record in singles action in the pandemic-shortened season… teamed with Thomas Norwood for a 6-3 doubles mark… season shortened due to COVID-19… reached the second round of the ITA Southern Regional Championships in doubles play with team mate Thomas Norwood during the preseason.
2018-2019: Was 8-10 overall with a 2-3 OVC singles mark… partnered with Sergio Lizarraga for an 11-5 doubles record overall, 2-2 in OVC play at the No. 1 position… advanced to the second round of qualifying singles of the ITA Southern Regional Championships in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
2017-2018: Named 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Year... second Gamecock to be named OVC Freshman of the Year since creation of the award in 2005 and first since Scott Robertson (2006)... posted an 8-9 singles record with a 3-3 conference mark in his first season at JSU... all 17 matches played at No. 1 singles... only Gamecock in 2018 to play at No. 1 position... was 11-6 in doubles action... was 5-1 at No. 1 doubles with partner Andres Gomez... went 6-3 with Paolo Cucalon at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles... was 4-2 in OVC doubles play.
PRIOR TO JSU: Was ranked No. 2 overall in Slovenia in singles in 2016... has claimed wins over top-200 world competition as a junior player... won the ITF Futures Doubles Championship in his home country in 2016... Has ranked among the world's top 500 players.
