Prep: Played six seasons at Adlai E. Stevenson High School under head coach Tim Crow…named team MVP in 2012…named to the Sun-Times All-Area team in 2011 and 2012…helped the Patriots win region championships in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Personal: Born on September 7, 1994, in Lake Zurich, Ill.…the daughter of Dan and Nancy Pflugradt…has two younger sisters, Dana and Vera…plans to major in exercise science at JSU.
