2012: Saw action in 27 matches and 59 games for the Gamecocks as a true freshman in 2012…finished the season with 92 kills…averaged 1.56 kills per set…recorded 25 digs, two assists and one service ace…recorded 38 kills and averaged 1.45 kills per set in OVC play…made her collegiate debut against Stetson on Aug. 24 and finished with five kills…reached double-digits in kills twice on the season…posted 10 kills against Tennessee State on Oct. 19…recorded her first career double-double and set career highs with 11 kills and 12 digs against Southeast Missouri State on Nov. 15 in the OVC Tournament…recorded her first career service ace on Sept. 8 against Central Arkansa.
 
Prep: Played for head coach Ron Kordes at Assumption High School in Louisville, Ky…she was named first team all-district and first-team all-region in 2011…she helped the Rockets win back-to-back state championships in 2010 and 2011…won the Offensive Team Award in 2011…played club volleyball for KiVA and Union where she averaged 12 kills per match in 2012.
 
Personal: Born on March 4, 1994, in Louisville, Ky…the daughter of Jason and Julie Long…has two brothers, Taron, and Jae, and three sisters, Zoe, Justine and Chania…plans to major in fashion merchandising at JSU.
